We are looking for a new member to join our growing business to look after our day to day administration on our Camera Crib websites and online marketplaces. 

Every day we have new collections of items to test, check, photograph and advertise on our website. 

We are looking for someone who loves cameras and would love to make our products shine.

Main thing is that you need to be organised and meticulous, and if you understand the basics on product photography that would be great. 

Extra brownie points if you love TikTok and Instagram and get excited by showing the world our latest and best gems!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Data Management

    • Upload and manage product listings on the company website, or marketplaces ensuring all details (descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, etc.) are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
    • Conduct regular audits of product information to ensure consistency and correctness across platforms.
    • Collaborate with the product team, marketing, and suppliers to gather necessary product data and assets.
    • Ensure website content is optimized for SEO, working with SEO specialists to maximize product visibility.
  • Customer Experience Optimization:

    • Monitor and improve the user experience (UX) of the product pages, working with Community Manager to implement. 
    • Implement cross-selling, up-selling, and bundling opportunities to improve customer engagement and increase average order value (AOV).
    • Conduct competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend adjustments to product presentation
  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure product promotions align with marketing campaigns and seasonal trends.
    • Liaise with the customer service team to understand customer queries or issues related to product listings and make necessary adjustments.
  • Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure all product content complies with legal and industry standards, including accessibility and copyright regulations.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of website procedures, product management processes, and system workflows.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Experience with Shopify would be preferable but not essential. 
    • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies is a plus.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, META, etc.).
  • Attention to Detail:

    • Excellent attention to detail in managing product data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • SEO Knowledge:

    • Understanding of SEO best practices for product pages, metadata, and content optimization to drive traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Analytical Skills:

    • Ability to analyse data, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions to improve product performance.
  • Communication & Collaboration:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot website issues independently or with technical teams.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a Part Time 24 hours position based in Central Manchester. We unfortunately cannot offer Hybrid working in this role.
  • We are mostly flexible on days (Mondays are essential, but completely flexible on hours an days, Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00-17:00)
  • The role will require help on shop floor occasionally.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of product uploads and updates.
  • Improvement in website conversion rates.
  • Growth in product page traffic and engagement.
  • Reduction in product-related customer queries or complaints.
